No. All Bayway CDJR mobile services are performed by certified technicians using Genuine Mopar parts and are logged to your vehicle's service history, keeping your warranty fully intact.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least two business days ahead. Availability depends on the volume of appointments that have been scheduled.
Where exactly can the tech come?
Your home driveway, apartment complex parking lot, office parking garage, or any flat, safe surface with reasonable access to your vehicle. We serve most of Greater Houston, so enter your address in the scheduler to confirm coverage.
Do I need to be present during the service?
Yes, we'll need you available at the start and end of the appointment for access to the vehicle and to review the completed service summary with the technician.
What if my car needs a repair that can't be done on-site?
If our tech identifies something that requires shop equipment, they'll document it and you'll have the option to schedule a traditional service appointment at Bayway CDJR. No surprise charges, as only what was authorized on-site will be billed.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled digitally at the end of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your final invoice will be emailed for your records.
