I went in today to have an oil change on my vehicle. My service advisor was Nicole Frels. She was very nice and friendly. It was a different atmosphere from other service departments at other dealerships that I’ve been to. Even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle from that dealership, I was still treated as a customer and not just a number. I will definitely be going back for all my service needs. Thank you

Went in for a recall notice on my jeep, was told it would take about an hour and checked in at 755am and at 830 they were done...vert fast service staff was super nice!

New truck, loved the truck but cruise control didnt work. Brought it to one dealership closer to me and they couldnt fix it in 2 weeks. Brought it back to Bayway and they got it fixed.

I normally do not write reviews, but this needed to be said. Thanks to the wonderful staff of Mrs. Taylor from the service department and the cashier Mrs. Cosme, that I continue to take my business to this location. I have been to the service department three times already. The first time was on a Saturday, which my wife said she was turned away because they did not take our extended warranty from Carmax. When I returned on the next business day, that is when I met Mrs. Taylor. She made sure that I was taken care of to the utmost profession and in a timely manor. This last visit to the service department was even better. I came in Mrs. Taylor remembered me and took care of me. Mrs. Cosme remembered me and did not hesitate to accommodate me. I would give this a 5 star but due to the man from our first visit is the reason why this location received a 4 star. I am now in the process of purchasing another vehicle from Carmax and I am staying within the model selection so I do not have to go to any other service department. Thanks to both of you and look forward to seeing you all again.
