I came to Bayway on a hunt for my dream Scion tC, which I noticed from ad’s online they had one, and at a bargain!I went into Bayway expecting the same old typical sales associate, more concerned about getting the vehicle off the lot rather then the customer in a car they were happy with, and let me tell you, I came accross the Exact Opposite.The sales associate I was in contact with when I reached out about availability was Keegan Hunter.Keegan Hunter showed me not all sales associates are what you think. Not only did he take a personal approach to me as a customer, he kept it that way too. It wasnt always about “getting the car off the lot” in fact, it was more about getting me in exactly what I wanted, and he succeeded.From the moment I met Keegan at the dealership, and shook hands, it was all about what was best for me. He made me feel more like I was buying the car off of a really good friend of mine, rather then a random associate doing there job. Not only was he straight forward and honest with me, when we did crunch the numbers after the test drive, there was no hidden fees, nothing extra I didnt need, and definitely not what was offered online, and then loaded with $2,000 dollars of extra “services” like I was expecting, when it came down to affordability.I would consider Keegan more of a personal friend, rather then a one time sale, because he treats you as such. He answered every question I had from point A all the way to point Z, and even when I told him I had my own financing, he didn’t even hassle me to try the dealerships personal financing like I expected, in fact I only had to tell him once that I already had financing. Now let me tell you, Keegan took care of everything i needed, when I needed it. Not a day later, I mean he did it right then and there. In fact, I was at the bank hashing out my financing (on a Saturday of all days, when they close at 1:00) and I was pushing closing time when the bank let me know they needed an updated buyers agreement. I instantly texted Keegan, expecting to wait until Monday, on my way out the door when he got my message and Ran to financing to send over what the bank needed to send the financing it First Thing Monday Morning. i literally walked out of the bank, doors locked behind me, and rushed right back in. Thats how fast he handled the situation.I can guarantee you, Mr Keegan Hunter will go Above and Beyond your expectations, when it comes to You, and your Dream Vehicle. I know that for a fact.Thank You Mr Keegan Hunter, not only for treating me like a friend, not only for being straight up honest, but also for changing my perspective on what a Car Salesman is suppose to be like. I had Stephen Brooks as my salesman, and he did an amazing job. My wife went in to check the car out, and he treated her well. He offered to let our mechanic come check out the car. We didn't take him up on it, but the offer showed confidence in their used vehicles. I went in to see the car later that same day after my wife, and we immediately worked out a cash deal in no time. There was an oil pressure valve issue that I noticed before the purchase, and they had it fixed in 2 days. The car was delivered fixed and SUPER CLEAN. Stephen has checked on us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle, and we certainly are! It's a great place to do business, and I would recommend it highly.
Keegan Hunter did everything I asked to make this deal happen... he got me to the price I wanted, worked in the repairs I wanted at no extra charge and did not pressure me once through the process. The man replied to every email, text and call promptly and with exactly the information I requested... nothing more and nothing less. It is refreshing to have this kind of experience buying a car and I wish more would follow this example. At the end of the day the deal did not go through because of circumstances on my end... while this would obviously leave any sales professional frustrated, Keegan was polite and understanding. He rationalized my decision and reacted the way a true professional does. He thanked me for the opportunity to do business and wished me all the best. I will most certainly send people his way in the future and will return myself when I am ready to buy a new truck. Treat this man well Bayway... if not I might try recruiting him to come work for me!

I take my 2017 Challenger to Bayway for service. Lory Taylor is the reason, she is knowledgeable, is always there to answer questions and help. A good service advisor is hard to find, the last dealership I used will never be used again. Deal with her and you will not be disappointed!
