The service department is great. Robbie Ferstl always treats my wife and I very well. We both bought our Jeeps at Bayway. Hers in 2018 and mine in 2021.

The entire staff is so nice and attentive. I went to get an oil change and Rolando was very helpful and patient with me. He assisted me in a timely manner, I really appreciate that. It didn’t take long for them to do the oil change. They were also kind enough to spot clean. While I was waiting, the staff kept coming up to me and making sure I was good and taken care of. Besides having great, problem-solving staff, their service department is full of goodies! Their service department is fast and above your expectations when it comes to timing and how organized, clean, and welcoming the place feels. Oh and their garage doors though! I was really about to walk up to them to make TikTok’s of the vehicles coming out from each bay! Really cool stuff!

Bayway Chrysler Jeep Ram always gets my Ram Diesel in quickly and Repairs correctly. communication is excellent.
